Ban Khot - prawn was very very good! The calamari one was just ok. Pork Belly is a must order. The Ban Xeo was average.

We talk about this place for months and finally we try it. Surprisingly the foods we ordered were pretty good and the owner was so nice to us.

The banh khot was amazing! They were crispy, fresh, and had both real shrimp and shredded shrimp. My family and I also tried the oc len sao dua and rice with grilled beef

Everything we ordered was sooooo good. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and tasty. It was my first time trying banh khot and it was so good! The garlic noodles were packed with so much flavor and had the perfect texture. The shaken beef that came with the garlic noodles was cooked perfectly and practically melted in your mouth. Last but not least the salmon was so crispy and a nice healthy choice! Loved this place. Definitely coming back. (The garlic noodles with shaken beef was so good we ordered one to go)

Great banh khot without having to wait hours, and came with plenty of fresh greens, pickled radish and sauce. Their luc lac (shaken beef) was impressively tender and well flavored and came with a nice selection of veggies on the side. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant is cute and well kept.

I have to say they have the best oc len xao dua in my opinion. I've tried oc len at oc va lau and a few more famous places in OC but this is the best place so far. Banh khot is also good, its fresh made and the nuoc mam is good. I really like all the vegetable wraps they gave us various types just like in vietnam. Pha lau is okay, good thing is its very clean, the broth today was somehow salty but its not that big of a deal, the banh mi they gave us with it is crispy and hot. Overall, the space is kinda small but very clean and the staffs are friendly. The price is amazing!!! 3 dishes for around ~$38 (approximately $12 per dish). Please give it a try because I we didn't plan to go there in the first place and still was surprised by ittttr

First thing I loved about this place is that they really made a real type of Banh Khot. It should be yellow, crunchy and has a half moon shape which many places are twisted it with flat shape and looks like a flat fried powder. The coconut milk escargot was ok, kinda plain and need to be more seasoned. It is a new restaurant so I think there will be room for improvement. Will come back to try other dishes.

Friendly and clean restaurant. Ordered Banh Xeo and Cripsy Pork belly Banh Hoi. If you come here for Banh Xeo, I wouldn’t recommend it as it’s oily(more like deep fried crepe). The pork belly is has good season. May come again to try different this if I’m in the area.
